Fellowship Program

New Mexico Community School Leaders: Earn a Micro-Credential in Collaborative Leadership in two 10-week courses

Led by the Institute for Educational Leadership, in partnership with Swift Community Schools. Designed in conjunction with principals who work throughout the state of New Mexico.

Gain the skills and tools needed to develop and sustain a collaborative leadership model! Each 10-week course will be led by a pair of coaches, and include group sessions along with independent practice time at each principal's school.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT, CENTER OF EXCELLENCE FOR COMMUNITY SCHOOLS

Purpose:

The Southwest Institute For Transformational Community Schools (SWIFT) is seeking a contractor to develop the Center of Excellence for Community Schools. The Center is a new program of SWIFT, which will provide capacity building services for community schools in New Mexico, with eventual expansion to the greater southwest region of the United States. The aims of the Center are to develop and provide technical assistance, training, professional learning, and coaching opportunities, along with other resources, for use by community school principals, coordinators, site-based leadership team members, and other community school practitioners.
